Precious pink vintage Polly Flinders hand smocked little girl’s dress size 5.  Beautiful embroidered floral detail in slightly brighter pink and green.  Dress has a white eyelet collar, puff banded sleeves, back buttons and tie sash.  Fabric content is not stated but believed to be cotton.  Would be adorable with petticoat.
